The D9 chart changes 1 min earlier. The chart needs rectification.
Planets in D9 lagna are Mars and Moon. There is an exchange between Lagna lord Venus and 3rd lord Moon. In growing years, if the child has following inherent abilities , the provided time holds correct.
Mars – fighting abilities/sports etc
Moon – singing/instrumental abilities
Venus – eye for detail/artistic inclination/photographic memory etc.
On the other hand, if we change the time, Ketu is in lagna showing inclination towards small machines like PC, Phone etc, good in maths, spiritual bend as well.
