My client filed a case against me but I was clear winner because we had enough evidence to prove ourselves innoceny but still Consumer court raised a penalty of 15 lakh rupees because my lawyer deceived me and skipped all the dates and misguided us about the proceedings. I don’t have 16 lakh rupees to pay am I going to jail or win if I appeal against this order ?
