Worries and pain

Respected sir,
Please consider this message and give me some hope.

I have been suffering from spinal tb for 1.5 years My backbone is fractured I am in constant pain. In my home my in-laws cause fights between me and my husband . This causes a lot of stress , anxiety and mental pain .I don’t have a job,my parents cannot support me financially , I have no hope and a path forward . Please tell me some remedy or some way out of my pain .
