Mother’s health issues

My mother’s name is seema since last 2-3 years her health is constantly destroying she is arthritis patient everytime whenever we start her treatments from doctor we observe improvement but all of sudden Same medicine stop working sfter some time and day by day she is getting week please suggest something which can improve her condition
