I have recently started learning astrology although I used to read about it before also but never made a habit or regular pattern for studying it. I started studying astrology a month ago and now when I have made regular habit and getting more interested in it, I am facing anxiety related issues. I’ve never had a panic attack but recently had one. Is this happening because I am activating certain planet aur bhavas of my chart?
