I have no job, family problems, financially completely destroyed, father is also having job issues. Gave upsc 3 times but failed right now at the lowest point of my life. i am mentally completely destroyed.

I dont understand a lot of astrology but my saturn in debilitated in 10th house how can I start my career, my mercury which is my darakaraka is debilitated, retrograde and combust all together with jupiter a benefic which is in his own house and combust with sun.
I have taurus moon in 11th house, and Parivartan yoga between venus and mars in the kendra. Where venus and saturn are having conjunction.
