Birth time Correction

I am getting two different kundali, one is Timewise, thetime which is mentioned in my old kundali and another is chart which is in my old kundali. Eight minutes difference, lagna is Changing. 1) In first case Singh lagna, Jupiter along with moon in lagna
2) In another case I had Virgo ? Lagna with no sign sitting in lagna an mercury in 11th house.
