A good foundation can only, later on, build up into a strong house so if the natal chart is strong then only yearly charts/varshphal will come into use. This is the first basis of Astrology which provided an Annual Calendar for sowing and reaping crops. If we sow cabbage seeds we get cabbages. If we sow them at the wrong time we get nothing. In general cases, one should first look into natal and horoscope strongly, then work on yearly charts/vashphal, as it is only used to solve immediate problems.
