Currently I am in big problem, I bought Frenchisee fast food vagan take away business in new zealand. business not doing well since i open in December2021.
now in the month of April 2024 Franchiser liquidated and pull his hand up . No support to run the business. currently run the business as it is to go around 3 moth but then i don’t know what will happened . my question do we need to close down the business or rebrand the business. i am looking to sold business to someone who want to rebrand and keep going.
Please help to suggest what i will do with this business.
