Pranaam? I will try my best to answer your question. Whenever any benefic planet is with a malefic planet the results of benefic planet gets mixed with the nature of malefic one. In your case it is unorthodox Rahu Maharaj sitting with retrograde Mars (Angarak Yog). A soft royal planet like moon which rules your emotions and mind (liquid finance, food etc) may get irritated and activated in almost furious way.
