Is there is any connection btwn the dwitya tithi goddess Bhag Malini who is ruler of moon and the tantric Goddess Baglamukhi who adorns moon on its forehead and gives vaak siddhi to devotee and slay the victim by catching its tongue or paralyzed the victim.
