What are the chances and potential times for a divorce and second marriage in my charts?

I have been married for 24 yrs now, and am struggling with toxic and negative attitude of my wife since 2021/22. I have tried to initiate divorce about 3 times since then, but not successful yet. I need advise and suggestions on the best times that would suit my purpose to get away from this.
