due to mars and rahu placement in lagna, 7th house and 12th house.
I think its should be on self awareness and morality of those person. if one person talk to you and said that there are excess ibido, I wil said there brain is problems. except for certain case, like down syndrome, we all the are high libido because genetic issue/problems. but I never read or heard any of down syndrome person do all the things of what the libido people does. most of DS, not married and the are not high for that and etc.
