Di exaltation and debilitation occur according to sign and house? When searched for these terms – debilitation and exaltation in classics, I found the planets get exalted or debilitated as per the signs for example- Venus gets debilitated in Virgo, mercury gets exalted in Virgo and so on. And at a particular degree they get deeply exalted and debilitated in a particular sign. But how about for a libra ascendant, Venus is in 12th house, do we call it debilitated as per Rashi but exalted as per house, can we say it? or when Venus is in 10th house in cancer in a libra ascendant, is it exalted rashi wise but debilitated house wise?

No, it is still debilitated and it should be considered only sign wise. We see combined effect when deducing results. Though the planet shows some of the general effects of the house that it occupies.
