It is based mainly on the sign placement of 7th house… because if you ar Pisces ascendant then your Venus will get debilitated in 7th house…
But in general, 7th house reflects others in our chart and D9 7th house reflects your spouse… and placement of venus over there will signify that your spouse would be very attractive and you would be very caring to your spouse…your relationship with your wife would be very harmonic if not in virgo.
You would have good and dignified relationship with others too such as partners, relative and friends…
