Many times it has been referred by Sir, in videos and blogs that for Jupiter in 11th house, the spouse will only be an embarrassment and will waste time and money.
Q1.) is it also applicable when Jupiter is sitting in aquarius sign in some other house( say 4th house )?

House first n then sign, Jupiter is considered exalted there so he focuses on the things of the 4th taking him as a karka for husband then yes but house first.
aquarius is ruled by rahu…. and rahu with jupiter you know an effect of guru chandal will be there so there might be some effect of cheating in ethical ways of doing things that might be a reason not so sure though.
