jupiter ,…are in 4th house …then there is possibility of heart problems
ketu in 4th house.
I don’t know properly but my intuition says Rahu is hole and 8th lord 8th house also is called randhra(hole). wherever these planets are in connection either with 4th or 5th house and lords and Moon or Sun. And 4th 5th house and their lords are in paapkartri yoga. only in that condition it can happen.
