IN CHART 27, Let us see what the Rishi is trying convey and then decode the ages as well as yogas from the dictum below:

Saturn in Cancer and the Sun in Leo just after crossing Saturn indicates father to be in great trouble at the time of birth of the native as he was a Government employee and owned lands. As the Sun is surrounded by Saturn on one side and Venus on the other (both enemies), he was short lived. As Mars (signifies brothers) is nearing debilitation, the native will have a brother who will also be short lived. As Jupiter has no planets behind him, the native will be the eldest son. With the Sun in 2nd to Saturn, he will have a brother who will also be short-lived and because of this combination – native will be a Government employee. As Venus is debilitated as well as conjunct Mercury exalted in the same house – he may have no sister but he will be a great intellectual. He may be employed as a Village Accountant and will be short-lived. He may be married in his 28th year.       Saturn in Cancer and Sun in Leo: Father would have been in trouble in the previous month of childbirth – due to unrest at home, sick or disabled mother, house construction problems, wastage of food/water, elderly person going through depression, blockages in house water supply, losses and emotional distress. Disputes from masses before and after child’s birth.

      Sun has opposing planets Saturn 12th to it and Venus 2nd to his position – Peril on either side. However, Venus is debilitated and in maran karan sthan. So the problems caused by saturn are likely to be more severe, long term and physically/emotionally damaging

      Sibling count: No planets before Jupiter, so the native is an eldest child. Saturn in 4th house indicates 1 sibling. Mars is after Jupiter indicating a younger male sibling.
      3rd house has Mars Ketu in Gemini. For Aries lagna, Ketu is the karmic badhakesh. Based on this, bitter or difficult relationship with male siblings or the siblings are having unresolvable problems. Obstructions in property paperwork. Communication causes unresolved issues. Ketu sitting in entry gate will create some body deformity or restrict/shorten lifespan of male sibling of native.

      Note:  a) Could not figure out why his father was a Government employee who owned lands?

      b) how to know that native is a Government employee and Village accountant?  – 5th house Sun has Rahu aspect. So even if he was a Government employee, he would have been like a whistle blower at times, creating problems for the Government.

      Chart 27: *While considering Jupiter as a lagna (in Taurus) Sat will be in 3rdH (new beginning, entrance) n Sun(father) is 2nd to it so, creating sorrow and trouble to the father at the time of birth. Mars n Ketu (Gemini-Mer-siblings, paperwork) will be in 6th (fight, dispute) from 9thH(father) so, there could be litigation related to landed property. Also, sat in cancer is 7th from 9th (Capricorn-L. Sat) so, native’s parents went through emotional turmoil during that time.
      * Sun in Leo (Govt.) next to Sat (employment) showing father is in govt.job and sat (Aayu karaka) is 12th n Rahu 9th aspect making father short lived.
