Yeah you have kaal sarp dosh as it’s between 2-8 rahu ketu axis. As per one of Nadi book by tirupur s gopalakrishnan . As all the planet moving towards rahu hence rahu wud bother them so it’s called kaal sarp dosh . If all planet wud b moving towards ketu than its a yoga..the yoga will be rectified at the age of 33 year as per this book.

Yes, You have. you can face financial issues, issue in relationship and you already facing educational issues, Sudden events may occur which might not be favourable. You can do kaal sarp gayatri mantra and can do Om Namah Shivay! everyday and do Jal abhishek of Shivalinga starting from monday and if you can do. Do it every day.

If have small black shivalinga at home then keep it on puja thali offer flowers and do jal abhishek with chanting Om Namah Shivay! and when it is done put it back to the mandir which you made at home. If not than you can go to the temple.
