when :- 1st option from dasa and 2nd option from transit.
where :- no one sure.
abt soul mate if u married someone in Ur soul dasa and same time ur spouse aslo having soul dasa ! than only u should consider u married ur soul mate.
for example:- if my soul sun &in running Sun dasa and my spouse soul Rahu and running Rahu dasa … meanwhile marriage happen .
now u can say 100% soul mates.
finding soul mate is difficult
sad part is we can find or we may met or known them but difficult to marry !
