Need help,father causing obstacle and stuck.

All my life I have been suffering from hardships fue to my father’s action. early education suffered due to problems in home cause by my father ; he had an extra marital affair , he took loans without proper financial planning , we had to live poverty, did not have money to pay tuition and did not have the peace of mind to properly focus on studies. My mother died at the age of 37 when I was aged 16. However I studied hard for my final years and accountancy courses which I completed ,but had to work and pay my courses myself. Now that I am starting to earn, father is still causing obstacle , he does not look after my younger sister and I am the one paying for her tuition. Despite having 2 properties besides our home, we are not living well due to my father’s lethargic and irresponsible behaviour,he is not dilligent in managing money , will waste money and never raise the rent and neither he wants to improve in life.Most night he is drunk. Due to his behaviour I have to pay most of the home expenses. I know if I manage the properties that we will be properous.but he wants to control everything and looks like he want to stay in his poverty.he drinks alcohol almost daily. I have also noticed that peepal trees are starting tk grow on the properties. we also have a handicapped cat which stays in the bathroom at night and do its needs the bathroom causing the bathroom ti be dirty.Someone could advise how to get out of this situation.

      • Your father is creating one or other problem. No amount of logic works on him. Later his health will become a challenge
