Hi ,I have mars and rahu in leo in 9th house ,for the last 4 years facing issue of severe acne and pimples .Tried homeopathic, allopathic medicines ,no such great effects. Any remedy??

I think before going to any Astrology remedies please be honest to yourself whether you’ve been taking care of your body or not. Please review your food habits once again and focus on gut health. I believe that could be the root cause.
I’m not qualified astrologer but I read that Rahu Mars conjunction gives digestion problems. The problem is coming out from your stomach and hormone imbalance.
Eat simpler foods like fresh fruit and vegetables, soups. Try reducing your sugar intake, junk food and spice.
Avoid non-veg, eat pure A2 ghee daily. Eat lots of cucumber.
Do not apply any commercial product on your face.
