My father does not know his time of birth but date of birth & place is known. Can I still get his chart read? He was very very rich but since 2014 his earning & reputation chart has so down that all assets we had are sold.

My father Surinder Singh Jaggi / DOB 4.4.1963 & place : New Delhi.
he started his career in 1985 & had earned lots n lots of money / assets till the 2010. In 2011 the factory where he had earned all his money from had to be demolished due to residential area. So he built 4 floors but soon after that his graph went down. He had also built our own home of 4 floors. But from 2014 he started getting problems like increasing unsecured loans with high interest rates & bank loans as well. Due to losses in business & unable to pay unsecured loans in  2017 the house was sold. We then shifted to noida that house was sold as well due to same issues in 2019 with our shop side by side sold. We are now on rent with low income & very hand to mouth kind of situation. Can his chart be read? He’s also getting threats of sending him to prison.

please suggest what can I do to help my father get out of this. ?
