    In my humble opinion, this would be caused by Mercury-Rahu/Mars combinations considering Its very clear in D9, couldn't see it in D1 until I saw Mercury is in Swati.     Looks like you could be or have constantly been under-reporting your taxes, filing false paperwork for gains in your business. Essentially cheating the government. Also possible that you cheated your brother for a larger share of inheritance. If true, you can start by rectifying these things for some relief of this incurable disease.
