In a video sir gave an example about bhava chalit chart, in which he shared a glimpse of marana karaka sthana topic. In that chart some planet was in marana karaka sthana in 5th house but in bhava chalit gone into 6th house, also that planet might have been in affliction. he gave a prediction about that chart and told that if that planet would have been in 5th house that dasha would have resulted into break of education and failure ,but in that dasha native became ill, deceased and hospitalised.
I have yet to research more on this topic, that’s why I told you what I have listened.

most importantly, if dasha runs of that 5th sign ,planet in 5th house or 5th lord. then only this will result.
some planets to consider are:-
rahu for multiplicity, mercury for duality, jupiter for children and making things giant(more quantity).
so combination of these planets with 5th lord or 5th house would be important thing to consider. also it should take place in dual signs.
