1st – sun
2nd- jupiter,venus
3rd- mars
4th-venus,moon
5th-jupiter
6th- mars,saturn
7th- venus
8th- saturn
9th- jupiter
10th- sun ,mars ,saturn

bad placement for sun are:-

regarding your question ,as 7th house is house of marriage partner(living thing) and business money( non living thing).
if that rahu venus combination have benefic aspect especially from jupiter or 7th lord ,they will save the living thing of that house and your marriage, business partnership will be saved.
if they have malefic aspect then it will make you cheat or be cheated in partnership but will give you materialistic thing like money etc. so according to astrologer of ancient time this is bad combination. also because this house is most important house after lagna for person as it completes your other half, that’s why according to them this is not a good combination.
if this combination would have been in 11th house, you don’t care much about living signification of 11th house(father’s sibling) compared to 7th house( your partner or spouse), so it doesn’t matter much on living part . so this placement isn’t considered that bad.
regarding difference between weak and afflicted planet, weak planet(regardless of good or bad) cant deliver result alone , it needs his friend or that house karaka help which you want to activate.
