Native’s Life from 3rd House:
Native scolds’ people while riding/driving. Has the habit of exceeding speed limit while travelling due to which injury/cut to hand would have occurred. (3rd house of skill/Mercury being the 3 & 12th house lord, is conjunct with karaka of driving Saturn, shows hospitalization due to rash driving)
Native does not have peaceful Neighbours as a lot of fights might have taken place in the married life of native’s Neighbours.

This shows a lot of fights by the grandfather related to the general public (4th house Virgo), has physically insulted & beaten family member, possibly mother (4th lord in 3rd, 3rd lord in second, Jupiter in Second) for acquisition of property related matters.
