      • Can listen to spiritual talks or podcasts especially while walking
      • Check if any of your neighbors want their dog to be taken for walk daily
      • Or see if your nearest animal rescue shelter needs volunteers for dogs. Can also feed stray dogs.

Are they wearing torn clothes/slippers/blankets or not getting sufficient food or or tonics or medicines? If yes, then first check and ensure all the oldies in family are comfortable.
      • Have you kept any torn garments/saris/slippers etc in your wardrobe? If yes, either get them fixed or dispose it
      • Are you eating a lot of preserved foods like maggi or dry/fried foods? if yes, then start eating freshly cooked food and drink sufficient water.
