Long term health issues

Thank you for your response! Where I live we don’t have temples like this. We have only christian orthodox temples. We have old holy places, but they are currently not functional. Will see how I can accommodate the remedy.
These health issues began when I was vegan for about year and half. More health issues arised then. I’ve developed allergies, asthma, swelling of the whole body, terrible escsema. I was admitted to a hospital and was probably about to die. Most of these issues I fixed with food, herbs, exercise and breathing techniques. The only ones left are the health issues in my question. At present I eat meat, eggs, milk and milk products, fruit and vegetables.

Saw the prashna for the question and the only thing I can see is your fear of losing your brother. Your ego is creating illusions for you. Let go of your ego and let your brother be happy. The ugliest thing you can do is destroy your brothers happiness due to your own egoistical desires.
