Your D9 ascendant is different in the 2 charts. Make sure time and place of birth is same in both softwares.
You could use birth time rectification to pinpoint. Else just make some simple predictions and see which are applicable to you – either of these can be used to decide which is the D9 lagna.
If you know some technicalities of this calculation, then you can shift them around as well.
If you don’t want all this then it’s just safer to assume JHora is more accurate as that’s a much more reliable and professional software.
