I am not Happy mentally.

Location : Dharwad, karnataka
-I dont get respect amongst friends & families. Dont get the credit for what I have done even at work place.
-I am not able to communicate properly. What i have in mind and what I say is different.
-I am more interested in automobiles and business but currently working in Data Analytics field.
-I have family Loans to be cleared
-The money that I am earning I am not able to enjoy it. Not matter how much I earn at the end of 1st week it is all gone.
Kindly give solutions.
