Deteriorating health at age 22

I have been blessed with loving parents, elder bro who is like 2nd father for me and good fortune but my only concern is my health because it’s never been good.
In first 5 year, one of my feet injured severely under bike tyre but by the grace of God I am not handicapped.
then in moon mahadasha reocurring fevers.
During mars mahadasha I progressed in career and my health was fine.
But as soon as Rahu mahadasha started my health again diverted onto disease track, I got severe megaloblastic anaemia, which was hidden and diagnosed almost after 2 year, it affected my grade in school.
Presently suffering from tuberculosis (lymph node of upper respiratory system), it was diagnosed in March 2021, by the grace of God met a good doctor, taken medicines but it is reocurring again.
This disease was also hidden for long.
Though I am not married yet but can’t see much hope of good health after marriage.
My grandfather did rudrabhishekam, 1.25 lakh of mahamrityunjay Mantra but my health is not improving.
Mere thought of anything materialistic, it comes within few days but when I pray for disease free health it doesn’t work. I perform daily pujas including kavacham, chalisa, arartikam.
My mother is mainly affected because of my health, she can’t see me sickly and I can’t help her.
What hurts me most is When I start any new thing support comes from everywhere(from teachers, parents) but when real test comes, disease comes in way mainly in career.
