I do have mole on outer lips ( near by lip) on left side but my Venus is in 10h cancer.
yeah u r tula lagna , ur venus must be very strongly infupencing ur lagna

thank you for your reply. right I am Libra ascendant. my Venus is with moon in cancer 10h. mars and Jupiter in 1h libra, ketu in 3h, Rahu in 9 h, sun and mercury in 11h and saturn in 12h. Venus is in pushya nakshtra. In d-9, I have Venus mercury in 1h Libra.
