Confidence in interviews is an issue because of Debilitated Mars. Try to workout everyday & give water to the Sun every morning. You could have a faulty communication device/phone that you take with you to the interviews. Either change it or leave it outside when you go to your next interview. Good luck!

In general, the 5th lord & 10th lords of D1 chart should be in one of the either cases( both lords conjunct/opposite, parivarthan or lording each others sign) in D9 Navamsa. In your case its Jupiter & Sun, In D9 the Sun Venus exchange positions, thus forms a conjunction with Jupiter in 7th house in D9. So chances are there for you to secure a position in govt professions, also you’re running through the most favourable dasha.
Without looking at the D10 (Dasamsha) chart, we cannot confirm for govt services, either your Sun/Moon needs to be in good positions to confirm that.
sanjay Rath Sir explained in D10 series that Moon should be either exalted or in own house in D10 to work in Civil Services. Sun should be in Kendra in D10 (1,4,7,10 axis) for govt professions.
Otherwise look at 6th house significance in D10 Chart, if it’s strong also can give you that profession.
