My first question regarding my mental health, there is always a restlessness and fear in my mind and now I consiously working on this and found pattern of my uneasiness in my writing work second from long time I feel I m not able to give my whole focus on my career , I’m pursuing risk management in finance ,how can I able to achieve this .
