heavy 12th house

i have 4 planets closely conjuncted in 12th house within 5° from each other in sign of Sagittarius.
planets are Venus, mars, sun and Mercury(All 3 are combusted)
what are the specific karmas I am supposed to be fulfilling?

      • Higher education in a foreign land.
      • Boss may be a foreigner or you may be working abroad
      • Many of your family members may ask to go with you or you may get them settled abroad
      • Grandparents would be connected to a religious institution Eg: temple of Ram Parivar.
      • Hidden affair/ socially unacceptable relationship with boss/teacher/Guru

      What you can do:

      • Uphold principles and morals at all times, even when nobody is watching. Else a lot of unexpected losses will start
      • If anyone in your circle is in an uncomfortable place in life (eg: hospitalized or jailed etc), be there to lend a helping hand.
