Scorpio lagna, Ketu in 2nd, Jupiter and Saturn in 7th house from Lagna (?).
UL is Sagittarius- meaning Venus should also be in Taurus in 7th?
If Saturn is in 7th, it delays marriage. 5th lord Jupiter in 7th house – creates brahmacharya yoga – may remain unmarried.
2nd lord Jupiter in 7th – can indicate self or spouse is married twice. Ketu in 2nd destroys married life.
However, Navamsa positions are very important to conclude.
Always give birth detail as well to conclude.

Well that’s a bad placement for sustainability of marriage. If marriage is stable for over 7 years, it will remain stable.
Jup in 7th means the head of family/ elder brother of family / family’s head (like Community ka Mukhiya) and Saturn means old people in the family – are against the marriage.
Although Ketu is kind of exalted in Sagi, 2nd Ketu from UL mostly destroyed marriage in 3 years.
