Jupiter mahadasha , Jupiter in 12th house

I am born on 5 march 1999 at 09:35 AM Varanasi. I am currently undergoing Rahu Mahadasha and Mars antardasha. I am currently very confused about what to do in my life. I am working as a software engineer since 2021. I am unhappy with my current job and trying for better opportunities but feel like my problem solving abilities are not same as it was before preventing me from even having the confidence to try for better opportunity. During my rahu mercury dasha I was able to crack JEE with under 2000 rank now I find difficulty to solve even the simple questions. Next year I am starting my Jupiter mahadasha and I am concerned about what changes can I expect in my life, what would be theme of this mahadasha. Will I be able to get better at my current career or things will go down from here.
Any help or guidance would be highly appreciated.
