I am Capricorn assendent. Saturn in 2 nd house.mars in 7 th house atmakaraka.moon is in 11 th lord as amatyakaraka with rahu …rahu is in 18° and moon in 22°. Mars is in 25°. Is it neech banga Raj yoga or poribartan yoga…is it beneficial for healthy marriage life …plz help…say any remedy.

Lagna lord in 2nd house is bad for married life provided D9 chart and other combinations confirm this.
Mars, being dispositor of Moon and Rahu in Scorpio is also not good for married life as both 7th lord and it’s dispositor will be debilitation.
However, D9 combinations are important.
