9th lord (Sun) and 7th lord (Mer) in Graha Yudha and 9th lord – which signifies the event of marriage lost the battle. 2nd lord from UL is debilitated.
Navamsa has 6th lord in 7th (Saturn) causing delay/denial of marriage. Dasas are also not favoring marriage.
Marriage does not seem likely in this chart.
