1) I feel the native is suffering from genetic disease.
Ans. Axis of 2/8, 1/7 and 5/11 badly afflicted by malefics. Sign Taurus and Scorpio badly afflicted by Mars, Rahu/ Ketu, Sun, Mercury ( trik bhav lord), Venus ( badakh lord).
For Cancer lagan 11th house is badakh. In which Mars is sitting. Taurus sign and badakh lord is sitting in Scorpio sign.

I tried to explain it more better.
