My beloved dadi passed away on 31 Aug 2022 around 1:12am. After we returned home from the crematorium around 30-60 mins later – a Sadhu arrived and asked me if I could give him a pair of shoes. Unfortunately the room where shoes were kept was locked and was being used by a family member so I asked him to wait and offered him tea and requested him to wait. Around that time I was asked by a family member to get some supplies so I told him that I would come back in 5 mins and requested him to wait. When I came back he had left. Can someone tell me if there is a karmic significance of this event? Why did it happen?
