Here both Saturn n Mars are debilitated ( neech)
there are no. of neech bhang Raj yogs..but for the basic n commonly considered neech bhang rajyog Mars should be in Capricorn.. pl check..if considering just Mars in 10 the house and Venus (ucch lord for Saturn) in a Kendra then it can be said..but Mars Venus together are not great again.. to get practical proof.. look for the condition of relation with the spouse n his/her mother.. also see if struggle in career .. is there..n the co relation between the two…ie career ,spouse and mother in law
