Very Bad Health condition

I am having health issues related to Chest , Eyes and difficulties in private parts maybe because of one issue I found in MRI and doctors are also saying these all issues are because of that problem only. And the problem is water circulation from my brain to the body is not proper because there is my brain is slipping little downward side and rested on spinal cord causing water to not pass properly and My nerves are also getting affected because of that. Surgery is must as per doctors. How can I get rid of this problem. Also I am having deafness problem in both ears. Health department is completely ruined I must say.
