The Navansh chart cannot be used independently like the way you are using it. Please refer to the rashi chart and look at the placements first and only after that look at the Navansh chart.
The reason for this is that the base energies of the planets will be different as a Planet from Gemini Rashi to Libra Navansh will have a different energy that another planet from Scorpio rashi to Libra Navansh.
The first combination can give the native a lot of communication skills for business and multiple relationships but the latter will show problems in marriage and hidden relationships provided the combinations are present in both the Rashi and the Navansh chart.
