I have mars rahu conjuction in 9th house in Leo .I have been facing acne issues since 4 years , also have acidity issues . Have tried Homeopathic , allopathic treatments ; not able to get satisfactory results.
Can anyone suggest a remedy?

Exercise daily. And go for ayurvedic medicines. Don’t use allopathic medicines.
Your pitta is imbalanced.
For mangal worship hanumanji.
Avoid hot and spicy food. Try vegetarian diet. Avoid drinking coffee, tea etc instead use smoothie, fresh juices.
Consume aloevera, apply aloevera.
Remain calm and meditate.

Just take neem 01 tab(morning time) and sleep before 10 pm. Too much pitta in the system because of indigestion,stress and lack of sleep
