Government concerns because it is aspecting the 5th H from 9th aspect of Jupiter. Jupiter and mercury also will make a person intellectual and Jupiter in 9th will give children. As per my understanding, after saturn there is a sun,that’s why rishi is saying he will earn name & fame in government.Sun -Mercury & Mercury-Jup conjunction makes native intellectual. From 25-36 ,3rd house cycle will get activated and 3rd lord is in 9th House and 4th lord is in 2nd exalted so from 25-48 rishi is saying good period,48-55 sun is in 8th house as 5th lord so native will get ill and defame,but not able to understand why till age 55 only ?In 6th cycle Mercury is in 9th house so rishi is saying he may wear sanyasi clothes, between 70-72 ,saturn will meet ketu ,Jup will come in 8th house in transit and in 72 specially 5th house will get activated which lord is in 8th so death can come during 72.
7th House is Gemini (Dual), from Jeevakaraka Jupiter. The other way to look is Venus in own Moola trikona house who is also with Exalted Saturn, so one of his wife is of black complexion and older looking and the other is young person. Father must also have multiple secret relationships.
From Moon as lagna, then 6H also represents sapatni, so he might have two wives or mistress along with wife.
