The native will have a broken education as there is Mars in the 12th house to Mercury.

From a directional aspect, Mars is aspecting Sun and Mercury and Mars, Sun and Mercury together also give breaks in education. Mercury (karaka of education) is conjunct with a kroor planet and hemmed in by malefics Mars, Saturn and Ketu. Ketu also has his 2nd aspect on Mercury causing breaks in education.

The house next to Mercury is occupied by Jupiter and Ketu. Hence, the native will be intelligent and will have regard for elders.

Mercury the karaka for intelligence is in the house of fortune based on kalpurush kundli. Sun the karaka for respecting elders is conjunct with Mercury and in the house of following dharma.

Including him five brothers and sisters constitute the progeny to his parents.

Jupiter is in Capricorn and in previous contiguous houses we have Mercury, Saturn, Mars and adjacent to Jupiter in the next house we have Venus giving him five brothers and sisters (including him). Sun and Moon were excluded as they generally represent father and mother.

This logic was derived based on the sequence described in Page 11 of the book (see below):
“Here, Jupiter is in Capricorn all alone. There is the Moon in the previous sign to the one occupied by Jupiter. Hence, he has an elder sister. Jupiter represents the native, and in his transits he crosses (1) Mars, (2) Rahu, (3) the Sun, (4) Saturn and (5) Mercury. So he will have five younger brothers and as there is Venus over which Jupiter transits in his first round, he will have one younger sister.”

The Sun in Sagittarius with Mercury indicates Godly father with great learning.

Sun is the karaka for Godliness in the 9H of dharma. Mercury is the karaka for learning in the 9H (kalpurush kundli) of learning.

The father will have won name and fame through Government.

Sun is karaka for fame and also karaka for Government in the 9H (kalpurush kundli) of fortune. From the Sun, the 7H represents honors from Government and the 7HL is conjunct with Sun.

Both the parents have fed poor people and done other charitable deeds.

For the father (Sun), the 4H (masses) lord Jupiter is in the 2H of food. For the mother (Moon), the 4H (masses) lord Saturn is in the 2H of food.
For the father (Sun), Jupiter (karaka for charity) the 4HL of charity, is being aspected by Rahu (deeds). For the mother (Moon), Jupiter is in the 4H of masses/charity aspected by Rahu (deeds).

Venus in the 2nd house to Ketu and Jupiter’ indicates wealth got through his wife.

For the native (Jeevakaraka), the 2H of wealth has Venus (wife/luxuries).

The conjunction of Mars with Saturn indicates great troubles in the period during the second round of Saturn (i.e., after 38th year). This will be when Saturn moves out of Aquarius.

This prediction seems to be mostly related to the fact that while transit Saturn is in his own houses, he’s quite comfortable but when he leaves Aquarius and moves to Pisces (in the 6H from Moon/Rasi and aspect of Rahu), Aries (debilitation position and aspect of 12th Moon; 12th from Saturn), Taurus (aspect of Mars stronger than Jupiter’s 5th aspect since Jupiter is in his debilitation), Gemini (in the 6H from Jupiter/Lagna and aspect of enemy Sun and malefic Mercury and in Mercury’s house)

When Saturn visits the Sun and Mercury in Sagittarius there will be little comfort and strained finances.

During the 2nd round of Saturn, Saturn’s cyclic anchor will be placed in Sagittarius (HL is Jupiter) posited by Sun and Mercury. Saturn is neutral to Jupiter and Sun is a friend of Jupiter. With Sun and Saturn being rivals and with Sun’s position being better, Saturn’s cyclic anchor will be in an uncomfortable spot. Also being in the 12th to Jupiter will increase expenses for the native.

Capricorn is a better place for Saturn’s transit as it is occupied by Jupiter and Ketu – That period will be good in all respects.

This is Saturn’s own house and is the 3H of honors from natal Saturn.

When Saturn transits Aries he gets the Moon’s aspect (this will be in the native’s 42nd-43rd year). Till he reaches Cancer the native will have ill-health, ill-fame and he will wander about miserably.

R.G. Rao Sir has also mentioned that natal Saturn without planets in forward Rasis and without benefic aspects will cause the native to be directionless from a career perspective. Here we have 4 Rasis (Pisces to Gemini) without planets so it’s possible that the same applies to Saturn’s transit as well.

He will be committed for robbery but will come out unscathed by the help of his brother (Mercury in 2nd to Mars).

8H is robbery and when transit Saturn (karaka for imprisonment) is in Gemini, he will be committed for robbery. Both natal Mars and natal Mercury are aspecting the 8H Gemini (from natal Saturn) and Mercury and Mars (brother) as the natural 8HL of kalpurush kundli in the 11H of gain (from Jeevakaraka) will help his brother get out unscathed.

When Saturn transits Cancer, Jupiter’s aspect improves his finances and he will enjoy good times.

When Saturn transits Cancer, he will be aspected by natal Jupiter’s 7th aspect which will help him improve his finances (Jupiter is karaka for wealth).

All the above troubles arise because of the effects of the previous birth when Jupiter was in Sagittarius and the Moon in Libra both moving in their debilitation. Saturn and Mars in the 2nd house to the Moon indicate that in the previous birth the native had wrenched away all wealth from his mother and given much trouble to her and she cursed him and died.

A similar hint was given in Chart 6 that we need to move Jupiter to the previous house to understand the person’s previous life chart.

Propitiating the Goddess at Madura with religious sacrifices, feeding and giving presents to five Kanyas (Unmarried girls) will give him great relief from the present troubles.

Given his previous life karmas where he stole his mother’s wealth, in this life he is being asked to pray to Goddess Madurai and give gifts to five Kanyas (representative of the Panchakanyas) to pacify the mother goddesses.

In his present life, the native will be employed in a factory of iron machinery and he will have good times from his 50th year onwards.

Mars and Saturn represent Iron machinery.
When the native is 49-59 years of age, transit Jupiter will have his 5th cyclic anchor in Taurus (resources). In the 51-52.5 years, transit Saturn will have the 7th benefic aspect of natal Jupiter; in the 52.5-54th years, transit Saturn will have the 7th benefic aspect of natal Venus from Saturn’s Moolatrikona and natal Saturn’s 10th aspect; in the 55-56.5 years, transit Saturn will have the 9th benefic aspect of natal Jupiter.

Brother (karaka is Mars) having Mercury (intelligence) conjunct with Sun (fame) in Jupiter’s (another karaka for fame) house will give fame. Mercury (karaka for intelligence) and Jupiter (karaka for intelligence and wisdom as well) in adjacent houses will benefit the brother.

Venus in the 2nd to Jupiter indicates that the native will be known for his medical knowledge and he will earn a great deal.

Venus is karaka for medical knowledge. Here the 2H and the 11H are connected because we have the 2HL Saturn in the 11H of income. In addition, malefics in the 2H give wealth to the native.

When Saturn transits Leo, his sisters and daughters will come to lime-light as Venus and Moon receive Saturn’s aspect.

Saturn has his 7th aspect on Venus, the 10th aspect on Taurus and his 3rd aspect on Moon who’s depositor is Venus. Venus is karaka for fame and limelight.

His daughter will be very rich (Venus next to Jupiter).

Since Jupiter is 12th to Venus, we should probably read this as paternal wealth will be the reason why she will be rich.

His wife will not have a full measure of health. She may be suffering from piles and urinary trouble.

From Venus (wife), Jupiter in the 12th and debilitated and therefore not good for the wife’s health. Jupiter is also karaka for piles. Moon is in Libra and Lord of Libra is Venus (karaka for urinary troubles).

The native will lose his father at the age of 47-49.

Transit Jupiter activates Saturn (makara lord) in the 47th year, in the 48th year activates the Sun posited in the 12H of loss and at the same time also activates the 8H (longevity) Leo. In the 49th year, transit Jupiter activates Ketu posited in Capricorn.

His mother will predecease her husband (Rahu in Cancer far away from Venus with no planets in between).

This is a guess: Across the Rahu/Ketu axis, Venus and Moon (using both Venus and Moon as karaka for mother) are closer to Rahu than Sun and therefore his mother will predecease her husband.

As Venus meets the Moon next after meeting Rahu, the mother witnesses the passing away of a daughter.

From Moon, Venus is in the 5th house (child/daughter), and passes through Virgo (8H of longevity from Venus and 12H of loss from Moon) and therefore the mother witnesses her daughter’s death.

From the age of 54-55 the native will improve financially a great deal and perform marriages etc., during that period.

When the native is 49-59 years of age, transit Jupiter will have his 5th cyclic anchor in Taurus (resources) and house lord Venus (lord of 5th and 10th) is Karaka for marriages. At age 54-55, transit Jupiter will be in Cancer with natal Jupiter aspecting with his 7th aspect.

About 58-59 he may go to foreign countries.

At age 58-59, Jupiter will be Scorpio where we have Mars as karaka of foreign countries and Mars in the 8H (of kalpurush kundli) of foreign places.

He may have losses in his 60th year– but there will be happiness.

In the 60th year, Jupiter will be in his own moolatrikona house Sagittarius but in the 12th (losses) from itself so there will be happiness as well.

From 61 to 70 he will have a very propitious time – He will enjoy peace of mind and have conveyance etc.

From 61-70, transit Jupiter will have his 6th cyclic anchor in Gemini and transit Saturn will have his 3rd cyclic anchor in Capricorn (Saturn’s own house). Similar to what was described earlier, as transit Saturn moves through Scorpio, Sagittarius, and his own two Rasis, the native will be happy and have peace of mind. With Mars (karaka for conveyances) and Venus (karaka for conveyances and also the 4H from Saturn) bookending 61-70, he will have conveyances during this time.

His wife will be ill at 69-70 but live upto 73.

At 69-70, transit Jupiter will activate Moon, lord of the 6H from Venus which will cause his wife to be ill.

He will live upto 74-75.

At 74-75, transit Saturn will have his 3rd cyclic anchor in Capricorn (Saturn’s own house) and Saturn also happens to be the Maraka lord. At 74-75, transit Jupiter will be in Aquarius in the maraka’s house. Also transit Saturn will be in Aries, the sign of debilitation for Saturn (karaka for longevity).
