FYI – While researching the Jupiter/Ketu relationship (eldest born) I did find a chart on AstroDataBank that matches this chart completely. The native’s name is Elizabeth Kubler-Ross.

This native has Saturn in Libra, Ketu in Sagittarius aspected by the Sun in Gemini and Jupiter in Aquarius. So he will have a high Government job.

The native is quite lucky in his profession as Jupiter aspects the 5H w/Sun and Rahu and also aspects the 9H with an exalted Saturn posited in it. Saturn is the karaka for profession and exalted. Sun the karaka for Government and Rahu the karaka for expansion are both being aspected by Jupiter. A retro Jupiter is beneficially aspecting Leo the moolatrikona of Sun. Finally the 10HL Mars is aspecting the 9H of fortune with Saturn (karaka for profession) so the native will have a high Government job.

Mars is in Pisces. This shows financial gains through lands.

Mars is the karaka for land and posited in the 2H (karaka for wealth) so native will get gains from land.

Then again about 30-31 he will get money through his sister or wife.

Using Mercury as karaka for sister, when Jupiter transits Mercury, Virgo is activated and Mars the 2HL has his 7th aspect on Virgo. Since Mars is in the 2H of gains, the native will get money through his sister.
Similarly, when the native is 31, transit Jupiter will be in Leo and activate Gemini. Mars in the 2H has his 4th aspect on Gemini. Gemini is also in the 2H of gains from Venus (wife).

He will be married among his own relations since Venus is in his own house.

In the 4H of family, Venus is posited in her own sign. This ensures that the wife (Venus) of the native is from his own relations.

Jupiter retrograde aspecting Capricorn shows that the native’s mother had trouble when he was young and he himself had to overcome great difficulties, with the help of relations.

Significator of mother (natural house Cancer) is in the 6H of difficulties. Mercury is the significator of relations and the 5th and 8th HL. For the Sun, the 8H (enemy house) with lord Saturn (enemy of Sun) exalted makes the native go through great difficulties but with a retro Jupiter (benefic) aspecting the 12H (Capricorn) and with Mercury (benefic) also aspecting Jupiter enables the father to overcome his difficulties.

As there are no planets behind Jupiter except Ketu, the native had no elder brothers and so he was the eldest born.

From Jupiter, the clue seems to be that we should start our counting from Jupiter if there are no planets between Jupiter and Ketu.

The father would have been forced to marry a girl whom he did not approve. It was a forced marriage as the Sun is conjunct Rahu.

Sun (father) is eclipsed by Rahu (Grandfather) who is the 9HL. 9H (dharma) is an important significator for marriage. Also, we have Rahu as the depositor for 7HL Jupiter. So in this case, Rahu (Grandfather) forced (eclipsed) the father to marry a girl whom the Sun did not approve of.

The native will have brothers and sisters.

The native’s father had a lot of troubles, when young, caused by his cousins. The father was greatly devoted to God and was learned in Vedas and Puranas (ancient religious lore).

The native’s father, represented by the Sun, had a lot of troubles caused by his cousins (3H) so effectively the lord of the 3H in the 1st. In addition, 3H is an upachaya house. Upachaya houses give difficulty in the beginning and get better/helpful over time. The Sun is also being aspected by Ketu (devotion to God) in the house of Sagittarius (represents religion, lore, studies).

Mars in Pisces transits his own place Aries which is also an exaltation point for the Sun. As the next house Taurus is occupied by Venus, the native amassed wealth when his sisters were in great trouble.

Venus is the lord of Taurus and Libra. Libra is the depositor for Saturn and 6th from Venus. So when Taurus is activated, Saturn activates as well. Saturn also has the 5th aspect of Rahu. For the sister (Venus), Saturn is in the 6H giving trouble to the sister but Saturn is in the 9H for the native and also aspected by Rahu (karaka for hoarding) who bring the energy of Sun (wealth) to Saturn as well.

Mars’ position in the 2nd to Jupiter makes the native dogged in nature and one who creates tense situations for making money.

Mars in the 2H (wealth) is 12th from his moolatrikona (afflicted Mars tends to make the native dogged in nature).

While Rahu comes to gobble up Venus, Mars helps him and enables him to avail of this opportunity to amass wealth.

Rahu has his 2nd aspect on Venus. Mars in the 2H of wealth aspects Rahu and gives Rahu focus. Rahu is the karaka for hoarding. All these aspects combine to allow Rahu to amass wealth.

In his 40-41st year, the native comes into possession of an old house, when Jupiter during his fourth round transits Mercury. Rahu has just passed away from Mercury.

During the 4th round of Jupiter, the cyclical anchor will be in Taurus (4H karaka for house) posited by Venus (karaka for house). This activates Saturn posited in the Venus sign Libra. When Jupiter transit Mercury, Jupiter activates Cancer (natural 4H, again sign for house) and Rahu (karaka for acquisition) also gets activated giving the native an old house.

During the 5th round before Jupiter leaves Cancer the native’s wife will pass away.

During Jupiter’s 5th round, the cyclical anchor of Jupiter will be in Gemini (lord is Mercury). Venus has Mercury as the marakesh. When Jupiter transits through Cancer (Jupiter is exalted here), Mercury is activated and so is Sagittarius (Jupiter’s moolatrikona) who happens to be the 8HL of longevity for Venus (wife). Since Jupiter’s activation of Mercury in Cancer activates Ketu in Sagittarius as well, this becomes the reason why the native’s wife passes away.

When Jupiter transits Sagittarius he will retire from service and suffer from coughs, colds and piles.

When the native is 59, transit Jupiter will energize Sagittarius with natal Ketu posited in Sagittarius.

It seems like the combination of Ketu and Jupiter via conjunction or aspects leads to retirement. In this case, at 59, when transit Jupiter is in Sagittarius and activates Ketu, it leads to the native’s retirement.

3H is karaka for cough. 3H from Jupiter is Aries, Mars is the lord of Aries and the 3H karaka. Mars is in the 12H from his moolatrikona of Aries and therefore afflicted.

Moon is karaka for cold and Moon is the 6HL (Cancer) from Jupiter which gives the native colds.

Mercury is in the 6H of diseases and gives piles since Mercury is afflicted (Mercury is in his enemy’s house)
When transit Jupiter is in Sagittarius, Jupiter activates Gemini and therefore activates Mercury and Mars (3H of kalpurush kundli).

When transit Jupiter is in Capricorn, Mercury activates again due to transit Jupiter’s 7th aspect. Also, this is Mars’ sign of debilitation and Mars too gets activated.

When transit Jupiter is in Aquarius, transit Jupiter has his 7th aspect on Leo and Mercury is activated due to Sun being in Gemini. Mars is activated as well due to Sun’s exaltation in Aries.

Same thing happens when Jupiter is in Pisces when Mercury and Mars are activated.

The disciple wanted to know why the native would suffer from cough and the Master answered as follows:
In the previous birth the native gave a blow to a calf which had come to graze in his fields and as a result it died. Hence, the native will suffer from suffocating cough as the calf suffered. This could be remedied by feeding Brahmins and giving away a cow in charity–or visiting Gokarna (a religious place). But, all that will not appeal to the native.

The disciple wanted to know how this could be read from the chart. The Master says that Jupiter’s retrogression to Capricorn which is exaltation point for Mars, shows that the native was born as a Kshatriya in the previous birth. Being in Aquarius Jupiter’s retrogression to Capricorn shows the cow and calf, Mars and Pisces indicate horns and Ketu in Sagittarius shows the tail. Mercury’s aspect to Capricorn indicates green fields. Jupiter’s placement between Mars and Saturn indicates the dilemma for the man when he acted rashly and killed the calf.

The native will face trouble at 53 through his wife’s ailment and will go to a new place and begin to earn and will live upto 68-70 age.

At 53, transit Rahu will be in Leo (7H) and Ketu will be in Aquarius (Lagna). This will cause the native to face trouble through his wife’s ailment (transit Rahu will afflict Leo while activating natal Rahu who ends up afflicting natal Sun, lord of 7H).

At 53, transit Saturn will be in Cancer (house of moving) while aspecting the 12H (moving residence). In addition, natal Saturn aspects transit Saturn with his 10th aspect to enable the individual to earn his livelihood.

In the 3rd cycle of Saturn, Saturn’s cyclical anchor is placed Sagittarius and Jupiter is the marakesh as well. Between 68-70, transit Saturn will be in Capricorn and hemmed between marakesh (Jupiter) and Ketu which will lead to the end of native’s life.

Mars is placed 2nd to Jupiter. Hence it is written gaining money through lands.

As for 30th year and gaining money through sister or wife I have this pov:-

Jupiter’s 5th cycle is harmful of wife; pov:-
-Sun is lord of 7th from Ju
-Afflicted Sun in 5th from Ju

53rd year, from Ju-cycle –
-Su-Ra got activated, again concept of 7th lord from Ju, in affliction.

-I am not dure how 53rd year being 9H in house code comes into play, but in Rashi code – Cancer.
Me – Mo combination is for money. Hence earning money in a new place (Retrogression of Me ?)
