I am planning to prepare for UPSC exam however I’m unable to concentrate on my studies because of demotivation from everyone around me. At this point I’m certain that I’m good for nothing. I’m unable to sleep at night, most of the time crying and having bad thoughts. I want to give my mother a good future but I couldn’t even at age 24. I was a good student but my memory power is going away day by day.
please help me to concentrate on my studies, please give me remedies so that I can work hard.
